Brief

We pitched and won this brief. The aim was to visually communicate the concept of the evaporation marketing campaign to relaunch the Vaseline skincare and deodorant range in September 2007. The website was to support improved formulations, updated packaging and a new product for feet and legs with support from TV and press ads and in-store activity. We created a brand experience website which worked in conjunction with a banner campaign driving traffic to the website and editorial campaign on iVillage.

Solution

We shot and art directed a photography shoot of a naked model for the website which we then used as a navigation tool emphasising that Vaseline is for your whole body. Moisture facts were hidden in evaporation bubbles which we’re displayed on user interaction. The overall look and feel was very fluid and light. Vaseline was very happy with the website which boosted sales and brand awareness of Vaseline.
