I worked on BA while working for TMW. After BA was rebranded in 2007 I was responsible for updating and creating a suite of email templates to communicate to their Global Executive Club Database. I created a library of emails and developed email brand guidelines. The library contained over 30 templates which could be used for every type of message that BA communicated to their members.
